General Manager Claire Wine
Claire Wine began her career in the restaurant industry as a hostess at a family-owned restaurant in Dublin at just 14 years old. She worked as a server and bartender throughout high school and college and it became clear to her at a young age that the hospitality industry was where she was meant to be.
When Wine joined the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) family in 2014 to open Hudson 29 Upper Arlington, she felt right at home. She immediately fell in love with the culture and knew she wanted to build her career with CMR. Wine started as a server at Hudson 29 Upper Arlington and was recently promoted to general manager. She wakes up every day excited to go to work and see her team.
Wine’s advice to those interested in pursuing a career in restaurants and hospitality is to be passionate and an avid student of the industry. She encourages others to strive to be a master of the craft and approach every situation with as much positivity and excitement as possible.
Wine lives in Worthington with her husband, Marshall. Her favorite CMR dish is the Steak in a Bowl at M. When she’s not working, Wine enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, shopping and drinking wine on the couch with her husband and dogs.
